Can I choose my own blends/flavors?

Yes! Browse any coffee blend/flavor and pick out your own size, quantity and grind. As you make your product selection, scroll down and choose 'Subscribe and Save". You can choose a monthly shipment or every 3 month frequency. You can always login using the customer portal to adjust products, skip a month, pause, or cancel.

Can I just tell you what I like and receive a variety?

Yes! Browse our Mystery Coffee Boxes and select your preferences in blend/flavor, quantity, and grind. As you make your Coffee Box selection, scroll down and choose 'Subscribe and Save". You can choose a monthly shipment or every 3 month frequency. We will send coffee in this "Mystery Box" that we think you'll love based on your choices. You can always login using the customer portal to adjust products, skip a month, pause, or cancel.

Are all blends/flavors available for subscriptions?

Yes! All of our coffee blends/flavors are available for reoccurring shipments, either monthly or every 3 months. Just select your products, and before adding to cart, be sure to scroll down to select "Subscribe and Save". Choose you frequency and let us send your favorite coffees as often as you'd like. You can always login using the customer portal to change your products, skip, pause, or cancel a subscription.

How much does it cost?

By choosing "Subscribe and Save" on your selected products, you automatically receive 5% - 10% off. Depending on the size and quantity of your selected coffee, a monthly subscription could be as low as $4.95/mo (+ shipping costs).

Can I give this as a gift?

Yes! What better gift than coffee on your doorstep! You can either:

1) Browse any coffee blend/flavor and pick out your own size, quantity and grind. As you make your product selection, scroll down and choose 'Subscribe and Save".

2) Select a "Mystery Coffee Box" and let us select the coffee based on your preferences.

You can choose a monthly shipment or every 3 month frequency. Just be sure to input the receiver's name and shipping information. You can always login using the customer portal to adjust products, skip a month, pause, or cancel a subscription.

Can I change my subscription after signing up?

Yes! Just click "CUSTOMER PORTAL" under the Subscription tab of the main menu to login and change products, edit payment methods, skip, pause, or cancel a subscription at any time.

Do I have to create an account?

No! Whenever you click "CUSTOMER PORTAL" under the Subscription tab of the main menu to you will receive a "one-time use" access code via email to login. Which means, you don't have to remember another password. Just follow the instructions from the access code email and login to view or adjust your subscription!

How do I cancel a subscription?

Just login using the customer portal to change products, edit payment methods, skip, pause, or cancel a subscription at any time.

Can I swap out different coffees after signing up?

Where do I find the customer portal?

Under the tab "Subscriptions" in the main menu of our website, you will find a drop-down title "CUSTOMER PORTAL". Just click "CUSTOMER PORTAL" under the Subscription tab to login and change products, edit payment methods, skip, pause, or cancel a subscription at any time.
